Crispy Potato Wedges

Ingredients

3 lb Potatoes

1/2 Cup Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Salt

3/4 Tsp Pepper

1/2 Tsp Paprika

3/4 Tsp Dried Oregano

4 Garlic Cloves (Minced)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with foil, parchment or both.

2. Wash and scrub the dirt off all of the potatoes and set aside to dry completely.

 
 

3. Slice the Potatoes in half twice and place in a large bowl.

 
 

4. Pour the olive oil in the bowl with a potatoes along with the salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and garlic (minced).

5. Mix the potatoes so that they are all coated with the olive oil and seasonings.

6. Dump the potatoes onto the baking sheet and spreed them out evenly.

 
 

7. Place into the oven to bake for 40 minutes.

8. Turn the oven to broil and leave too potatoes in for 5 more minuets to get crispy.

 
 

9.Remove from the oven. Let cool. Serve. Enjoy!
