Lamb Meatballs
Ingredients
2 lb ground lamb
1 egg
2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp coriander
Method
Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a sheet tray with foil and/or parchment. Set aside.
In a large bowl add in the ground lamb, egg, spices, and avocado oil. Use your hands or a rubber spatula to combine thoroughly until everything is evenly distributed.
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out 15 evenly sized meatballs. Roll and place onto the prepared sheet tray.
Place the meatballs into the preheated oven for 20-22 minutes or until an internal temp of around 145°F-150°F. Remove the meatballs from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving with naan, tzatziki, lemony onions, and feta. Enjoy!
