Gluten Free Peach Crisp
Ingredients
2 servings
1 large White Peach
1/3 cup Oats
4 tbsp Almond Flour
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Light Brown Sugar

1. Preheat oven to bake 350°.
2. Peel the skin off the peach and cut it like you would an avocado and pull the pit out so that you have 2 halves.
3. In a bowl mix together the oats, almond flour, chia seeds, salt, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Once combined add in the honey and mix.
4. In 2 medium sized ramekins add 1/4 of the oat mix to the bottom of each.
5. Add half of a peach to each on top of the oat layer.
6. Split the rest of the oat mix to add a layer on top of the peaches.
7. Place into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the top layer in golden brown
8. Remove from oven and drizzle honey on top. Serve hot and enjoy!
