Herb Marinara Sauce
Ingredients
26oz Chopped Tomatos
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Rosemary Sprig
2 Thyme Sprigs
1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano
4 Large Basil Leaves
1 Bay Leaves
1 Spanish Onion
1 1/2 Cup Spinach
2 Tbsp Salt
3/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
1. Chop the onion and herbs then place them in a hot pan with oil, salt, pepper, garlic. Sauté for about 10 minutes on medium low until the onions are translucent and fragrant.
2.Once the onions are fragrant add in the chopped tomatoes and spinach cover and reduce heat to low. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Add your pasta to your sauce.
4. Serve and Enjoy!

Notes
This recipe is super easy and has strong flavor.
The key is to let all the ingredients simmer so all the flavors come together.
When adding any type of sauce to pasta its great to save a bit of pasta water to add into the sauce before adding the sauce to the pasta. This will help the sauce stick to the pasta to create more flavor!
