White Bean Dip
Ingredients
1 14oz can navy or cannellini beans
4 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
Method
In the base of your food processor or blender, add the beans, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add in your spices (red pepper flakes, thyme, paprika, and onion powder). Blend until fully combined.
Transfer the dip to a bowl, chill, and serve with an assortment of crackers.
