White Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 14oz can navy or cannellini beans 
- 4 tbsp lemon juice 
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt 
- 1/4 cup olive oil 
- 4 garlic cloves 
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme 
- 1/8 tsp paprika 
- 1/4 tsp onion powder 
Method
- In the base of your food processor or blender, add the beans, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy. 
- Add in your spices (red pepper flakes, thyme, paprika, and onion powder). Blend until fully combined. 
- Transfer the dip to a bowl, chill, and serve with an assortment of crackers. 
- Enjoy! 
Notes- This is super simple, which is what I love about it.
