Baked Feta Pasta
Ingredients
1 lb linguine (fresh or dried)
1 block feta cheese
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cups cherry tomatoes
4 large basil leaves
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cracked pepper
2 large garlic cloves
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp herbs de provence
1/2 tsp fresh oregano
Method
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large baking dish add the block of feta in the center and the tomatoes all around it.
Add in the olive oil, garlic, chilli flakes, oregano, basil, thyme, herbs de provence, salt, and pepper.
Place the dish into the preheated oven on a middle rack and bake for 20-25 minutes.
While the feta is baking, bring a large pot of water to a boil with one tablespoon of salt. Once the water is boiling, add in the pasta and cook as directed on the packaging.
Once the pasta is done, drain and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Remove feta dish from the oven and mix everything together.
Add the pasta into the dish with the feta sauce and combine.
Serve hot and enjoy!
