Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cup Flour

1/2 Tsp Baking soda

3/4 Tsp Baking Powder

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Sugar

1 Tsp Cinnamon

! Tsp Vanilla

2 Eggs

1/4 Cup Oat Milk

1/2 Cup Melted Butter (unsalted)

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 6 spot doughnut pans with butter or coconut oil.

2.In a bowl sift together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add in the sugar and whisk.

 
 

3. In the bowl of a stand mixture add eggs, milk, and vanilla, whisk. slowly add in the butter in while mixing on low.

4. Using the paddle attachment slowly start to add the dry ingredients into the egg mix and combine until smooth.

5. Using a piping bag add the batter into the doughnut rounds. Place them into the oven on a middle rack for 15 minutes.

6.Remove the doughnuts from oven and dust with the cinnamon sugar mix and serve warm or for up to 3 day after baking for freshest taste!
