Mint Pistachio Pesto

Ingredients

4 Cups Fresh Basil

1/2 Cup Fresh Mint

1/2 Cup Oven Roasted Pistachios

1/2 Cup Olive Oil

2 Blanched Garlic Gloves

1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes

Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Directions

1. In the bowl of a food processor, add the basil, pistachios, mint, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and garlic. Process until smooth.

 
 

2. Once smooth slowly add in the olive oil. Once all is combined, divided the pesto into jars to refrigerate or freeze.

3. Enjoy in your favorite way or save for later! :)
