Tabbouleh

Ingredients

1 Cup Chopped Parsley

2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Mint

1/2 Cup Minced Red Onion

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato

1 1/3 Cup Bulgur Wheat

1/3 Cup EVOO

3/4 Tsp Salt (to taste)

2 Minced Garlic Cloves

Directions

1. Start by cooking the wheat by following the instructions on the ingredient package.

2. Prepare your parsley, mint, onion, tomato, and garlic. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl.

3. Mix together all the produce before adding in the EVOO, salt, lemon, and cooked wheat.

4. Combine thoroughly and place in the fridge to rest for 20 minutes.

5. Remove from fridge, serve, and enjoy!
