Salmon

Ingredients

8oz Fresh Atlantic Salmon

4 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Pepper

1/4 Tsp Dill

1/2 Tsp Herbs de Provence

Directions

1. In a large bowl mix together the lemon juice, salt, dill, and herbs de provence. Mix until combined.

 
 

2. Remove the skin from your salmon and slice into your preferred size pieces. Place the salmon into the lemon juice mix and let sit for 10 minutes to marinate.

 
 

3. While the salmon is marinating place a sauté pan on low heat with 1-2 tbsp of olive oil.

4. Once the salmon is marinated, transferred to the hot pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or how you desire. Keep the pan on medium heat and pour the leftover lemon juice mix into the pan with the salmon. Let this simmer for 2 minutes before removing from the pan.

 
 

5. Let the fish rest for 5 minutes before serving your preferred way. I do mine over rice with a drizzle of sriracha.
