Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

4 Eggs Whites

2/3 Cup Cane Sugar

1 Tsp Vanilla paste

1/2 Tsp Salt

3 Cups Coconut Shreds (Unsweetened)

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 325° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In the bowl of a stand mixture fitted with a whisk attachment, whisk the four egg whites until stiff peaks form.

 
 

3. Once the egg whites are done using the paddle attachment fold in the sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until combined.

 
 

4. Once combined add in the coconut using a spatula.

5. When your mixture in ready us a scoop to create even balls of batter and place them evenl,y across your cookie sheet.

 
 

6. Place you sheet pan with the cookie into the oven and let bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

7. Pull the cookies from the oven and let sit to set for about 10 minutes before serving.

 
 

8. Serve with a cup of coffee and enjoy!
