Lemon Orange Biscotti

I had to find a way to combine some citrus into this series in a way that I thought would make sense. Lemon and Orange are delicious together but I did not want the flavors to taste like they were mushed together so, we rolled the two flavors together to create a spiral and that is how recipe #3 in our biscotti series was born! Orange Ricotta Cake

I love ricotta and I have posted a matcha ricotta cake before, it did so well that I thought I would put this recipe out. Its easy and tastes like spring! Enjoy it with a cup of coffee on a warm day!
